Manil Jari

Board Member and Instructor

Manil is Bachelors in Arts and Education and taught Hindi language for 20 years as a middle and high school teacher. She received her Yoga training in Mumbai, India and has been teaching Yoga for the last seven years. Her Yoga style is “The Iyengar Way” which is known to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being. For many it is the key to a happy life. She considers the body a “Precious Gift”, and Doing Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation is the best way of taking care of this Gift. She teaches her students to keep practicing Yoga and make this a part of their daily life. Manil loves to spend time with her family and friends, enjoys cycling and walking in nature, and experiments with different cooking styles.
