Our team is dedicated to supporting the community through health awareness seminars designed by healthcare professionals and holistic wellness experts that not only inform people about health challenges, but provide tangible mechanisms to deal with those challenges.

At FitKarwaan, we strongly believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, gender, or race. As such, we strive to bring our Yoga Wellness programs to frontline workers, and other disadvantaged communities and share our passion for health with everyone!

Backed by a strong family of FitKarwaan participants, and community partners, we hope to give our time and money to support the amazing work other nonprofits and charities are doing across the globe.
